How To: Set Up a Minimum Order Quantity for a Product¶

To set up a minimum order quantity for a product:

1. Make sure that on the Settings → General → Checkout page, the settings Minimum quantity to buy per product and Quantity step are configured to allow changing the values for individual items (see the icons to the right of the settings).

2. In the Administration panel, go to Products → Products.

3. Click the name of the product you’d like to edit.

4. Enter the desired value in the Minimum order quantity field under the Pricing/Inventory section.

   

5. Click the Save button.

   Important

   After that, customers will not be able to buy fewer items of this product than the quantity specified in the Minimum order quantity field.
