How To: Apply Same Value to All Products¶

To apply the same value to all products at once:

1. In the Administration panel, go to Products → Products.

2. Set the number of displayed products to 250 per page:

   

   If you check the URL, you’ll now notice the items_per_page=250 parameter. If you increase the value in the URL, you’ll have even more than 250 products on the list at once.

3. Select all products on the page by selecting the checkbox in the top-left corner.

4. Click the Edit selected button above the product list.

   

5. In the Select fields to edit window that appears, click the Unselect all link and select the check box for the required option (e.g. Inventory). Click the Modify selected button.

   

6. Click the Apply values to all selected products link. This opens an additional section.

7. Tick the checkbox corresponding to the necessary field.

8. Set the value for the selected product property.

9. Click the Apply button to apply the selected value to all products.

10. Repeat all these steps for all pages in the list of products.
